The Rivalry Biography

Rival Was born June 7th 1991, as a child he strived to entertain people. He typically made jokes about people and teachers is school to make people laugh. Growing up Rival faced many challenges from; Bullies, Bad Grades, Unbalanced parental support, and more recently haters. Rival hegan rapping when he was 14 but didn't take hip hop seriously "It was just a hobby, something I'd do to pass time in the summer" But as the years went by around age 16 Rival started realizing his dream "I was sitting there thinking about what I wanted to do for a career and I realized that hip hop... its like that's what I have always strived to do... Like entertaining and I love making music." In late 2007 Rival achieved his first self set milestone, his single Drone (Fake Friend) led him to his 5,000 plays on Myspace, and then his second set milestone, 1,000 friends on myspace was also achieved on September 20th 2009. Rival has personally set goals for himself but the milestones for his independent career, When I was 15 I set these milestones up, now I'm 18 and I have set 4 goals for myself to show that i am improving." His final milestone is to reach 25,000 plays, which was achieved late 2009 and as for his three goals, "First I'm going to release my Album "One" in January, Second I'm going myself doing more live performances, like 3 a month, Third I'm going to get my music on iTunes, Then I am going to send my demo into labels to get myself signed." With all that said Rival still sees hater messages in his inbox every few days... "It just wastes their time... I never respond, I don't read them, and I don't really care what a hater has to say, behind every successful person there's a pack of haters." Rival is spending more time on his music, perfecting the art, making more of what he loves to make. Rival has his dream and goal set he knows what he wants and what he is going to do.
